Lunch 06/15

I had been sticking to 1 greek yogurt, a small salad, and a few almonds at work the past few days to make another push at target weight (less than 6 pounds to go!), but the chili looked too good to ignore.

Turkey salad with bulgar, tomatoes, and zucchini in a red pepper dressing; chipotle beef chili, and an iced tea

Lunch 06/07

I had been seeing good results from the pre-fab salad, but I needed a break. Lamb chili and chicken with creamy mushrooms and peas.
